TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOARDING
Please read all terms &
conditions stated carefully. Boarding of your Furkid(s) will only be accepted
if all terms & conditions stated are agreed on. Thank you for understanding that this is in the best interests of your Furkid(s).

In the
event your Furkid(s) is found to have ticks/lice/fleas, they will be given a
tick bath and you will be charged for it
-
All Furkids
must be treated with Biospotix (applied daily and or/when needed)
before checking in
- An ABSOLUTELY NO CAGING & TYING UP policy is practiced. VIP air-conditioned room or open-spaced area ( each is subject to availability and on first come first served basis.) Areas cleaned and disinfected daily.

Maximum
occupancy of 2 Furkids at any one time for
more personalized attention (exceptions apply if you have a maximum of 3 Furkids staying
together which cannot be separated)

Must bring
Medical Card before admission, or admission may be refused

In
emergencies, we will bring your Furkid(s) to the vet where all costs will be
borne by owner. We will always contact the owner beforehand, unless the owner
is unreachable

If your
Furkid(s) cause(s) any injury or spreads any illness to other dogs, all vet
& medical bills will be borne by the owner
- Bathing services will be charged separately. Bathing services will be free if boarding period exceeds one week

Furkid(s) are walked twice a day
-
Food
provided, but recommended to bring your own food to avoid upset tummies. All Furkids are fed twice a day unless otherwise instructed to

Is your
Furkid allergic to certain foods? (Eg. Chicken, fish, etc.) Please state beforehand
as occasional treats will be given. Please let us know if you do not want us to do
so

Please let
us know at least 5 days ahead if you require extension of stays

We regret
we cannot accept any Furkids on heat
-
In the
event if we are not informed about any
extension of stays, or if you do not pick up your Furkid(s) within 2 days of
the original requested date of departure, the Furkid(s) then become ours, and
you will have no rights whatsoever to reclaim the Furkid(s)

All rates
are fixed. Currently, daily rates are the same for Weekends, Malaysia National Holidays, State Holidays and Malaysia School Holidays

A 50% non-refundable deposit is
required upon confirmation to book space. Cash deposit or bank in thru
Maybank2U is accepted

Check-in/Check-out time : 8.00 am – 7.00 pm (Please note that without prior notice, Furkids checking out after 7.00 pm
will be charged extra one day boarding)

No walk-ins
